hmmm, so Forbes tells why ebay is stuck

ebay has set us sellers up "bigtime" I have not had to fight off this many scam, non paying buyers in 1 week as apposed to the ones I would get, maybe 3 per year. Just from these little stunts (no buyer feedback) you can pretty much tell they have no clue. The latest fiasco, buyer want a refund, on a item that "she states" she cannot return b/c its in Japan. Well, go to Japan and get it! O, but geez, if I don't follow the proper protocal then I may end up with a negative and possibly suspension because this person can ruin my reputation. WTF? and I mean that!

They have lost respect from many sellers and many BIG name companies. Who says you can't grow too big for your britches? As I see it, they will fall down, how down? I don't know but they should have been nice to the people on their way up because they are going to met those same people on the way down.

The Forbes article: I always thought they sat in a room with Powerpoint presentations. How can you run a business if you've never been" in the" business. Unless, you actually purchase, sell or buy on ebay, you don't have a clue as to how it really works. You could do guesstimates all day long, but until you get your hands dirty, this is what happens:
